YOGA SCULPT

High intensity yoga class with weights: yoga experience or regular exercise routine recommended. A fun, interactive, and energetic Vinyasa Sculpt practice. Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa yoga class that incorporates weights, plyometrics, and cardio burst. You will “sweat out” anything that no longer serves you and feel refreshed and rejuvenated!

50 Minutes Level: Previous yoga experience suggested
