What is the benefit of Buddhism? Happiness! It's so simple it's almost shocking.
Spend some time at Bristol's longest established Buddhist centre to discover the causes of happiness within your own mind.
Sessions run from 8pm until 9 every Tuesday and start with 20 minutes of meditation which helps our mind rest in the present moment. There's then a short talk and time for questions and tea and biscuits afterwards.
The suggested donation towards facilities is £4/2concs but if you don't have any change don't let this put you off coming!
We also have similar sessions at 10:30am on Saturdays and meditation only sessions at 10:30am on Wednesdays
