Saturday morning yoga class to help start your weekend with a fresh start.
This mixed-level Hatha yoga class will be taught to take you into a practice that is right for you. You can increase the intensity or take it down to a gentle practice. Beginners are welcome and modifications are given for all yogis to feel safe and strong in their own body.
Meditation and pranayama (breath work) will be incorporated in every class.
Drop ins welcome. Doors open at 7:15 am. Props available.
