Sarah Harry (Yoga Teacher, Psychotherapist and Author of Fat Yoga, Yoga for all Bodies) is running her first teacher training event.

Sarah has been facilitating events and training for more than 15 years in Body Image and Disordered Eating and can't wait to share some simple and fun tips, asana and knowledge about how to make your students more comfortable and keep them returning to your classes and studios.

Sarah is a relaxed and experienced facilitator who believes in using humor and experiential learning to cement all the ideas we learn. She is also the Founder of Body Positive Australia and Fat Yoga Australia and has a significant media presence.

She has been on TV many times including The Project and Sunday Night and is regularly in print media as an expert in Body Image. Her passion is making Yoga accessible for more people. She is also a Ambassador for Vic Health's and it's "This Girl Can" campaign https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiplV7r554M#action=share

We will look at language, social media, cues we use, and how to simply turn things around to make our teaching more advanced to be accessible to everyone - creating classes which are multi level in a very simple way.

There will be an Asana Lab to explore postures and how amazing simple things like walls and chairs can revolutionise how many people we can accommodate in our classes with ease.

The workshop comes with a manual and is an in depth training which is body positive, trauma aware and for all bodies.

Cost for this course is $140 (lunch not included but plenty of places nearby) and places are limited.

Recommended for yoga teachers and experienced students but will be valuable for non-yoga folks too.
