Come along to Sunday morning yoga and join me for dynamic yang yoga to stretch out all those working week kinks and meditative yin to bliss out for a chilled Sunday vibe.

We work with pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations, slow vinyasa flows and long hold yin poses to work through muscle/fascia tightness and build strength & stamina. We finish every class with guided meditation.

This class is especially good for beginners. Some challenge is provided for more experienced yogis. Bring your own mat if you have one, some yoga mats are available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.
