This class is a great way to start your week. This term we are building a vinyasa flow, working with variations to deepen our understanding of each asana (posture).
We work with sun salutations, static poses & vinyasa flows to encourage flexibility and build strength & stamina. We finish every class with a short meditation.
This class is especially good for beginners. Some challenge is provided for more experienced yogis. Bring your own mat if you have one, some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.
Cost: £8 PAYG - termly class passes are available
(5 week term pass is £35)
Class size max: 20 students - booking in advance is advisable, although drop-ins are always welcome. :)
