Dearbhla will lead a yin and restorative practice both forms of the practice will calm the mind and nervous system, enable you to turn inward, and focus on the breath. Throughout the practice we will open up tired and stiff joints and stretch and lengthen the hardest working muscles in the body.
Yin yoga gently stresses the connective tissue, which will re-energise tired joints and create a feeling of openess and space within the body, the restorative session will deeply relax the body and mind aiming to restore the vital energy and systems of the body.
Dearbhla will also use essential oils to create an even deeper sense of calm and relaxation.
