The first course will be presented as Wild Arugula, Radicchio, Manchego, Dates, Marcona Almonds, and Sherry Vinaigrette paired with a Groth Hillview Chardonnay, appearing in perfect coordination on your plate.
Our second course features a delightful Pork Belly with Peaches and Miso Mustard Glaze paired with a Groth Cabernet Sauvignon.
The main course will consist of a Five-Hour Glazed Beef Short Rib, Shrimp Cheddar Grits, Crispy Shallots and Thyme Shallot Reduction, paired with a Groth Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve.
Our culinary expedition concludes with French Roasted Coffee, and White Chocolate Mouse, Compressed Strawberry and Orange Vanilla Crème for dessert.
