Starting at 6pm on Friday, June 8, take a seat and let the flavors and aroma of a five-course meal surround you, starting with a delicious Amuse Bouche consisting of Beef Tartar, Pretzel Crostini and Baby Quail Egg paired with a Pinot Noir Rose’ Russian River.
The first course will then be presented with a delicious salad of Poached Pears & Stilton Bleu Cheese, Candied Pecans, Teardrop Tomato, Creamy Vinaigrette paired with La Crema Chardonnay Sonoma Coast.
Our second course features a delightful Roasted Crab Salmon, Yukon Potato Puree, Baby Zucchini with a Blood Orange Reduction paired with La Crema Pinot Gris Monterey.
The main course will consist of Apple Wood Smoked Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, Potato Leek Au Gratis and Roasted Garlic Jus paired with La Crema Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast.
Our culinary expedition concludes with French Roasted Coffee, paired with a Berry Cobbler Tort, Vanilla Bean Gelato, Chocolate Ganache.
