Focused Alignment invites you on an inward shamanic journey of relaxation through sound healing music.

Feel the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, flutes, didgeridoo, rain sticks, drums, and voice. Entering into meditative states of consciousness allows the body the opportunity to transcend the physical, mental, & emotional limitations.

Once expanded you will access inner wisdom and activate you innate healing capacity. Gain insight, be inspired, release stress, quiet the mind, dissolve limiting beliefs, encourage positive change, open the heart, and with gratitude embrace the transformative power of vibration and sound.

The tonal properties of these instruments promote healing of the nervous system, digestive and metabolic systems, and of physical body as the brainwaves slow down to meditative and deeply restful states through a scientific process called entrainment.

This immersive environment of tone and vibration glides participants with ease into Theta meditative brainwave states which are typically found with a ten year consistent meditative practice. These coveted brainwave states can provide direct access to the sub-conscious and emotional storehouses.

No yoga will be practiced during this Workshop, just sit or lie down and receive sound, no previous meditation experience required to attend, all ages and abilities welcome. Feel free to bring your own bolsters, pillows, blankets, water bottles and anything else to satisfy your desire for comfort.
