Nurture yourself with a special Restorative Yoga Workshop for Mothers Day.
For two hours, we will relax and renew using guided meditations, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and even a little bit of gentle massage, all designed to send us to a place where we can heal both mind and body.
Each pose is fully supported and extremely gentle, allowing the body to open up gently and allow the mind to find a peaceful, meditative state. Each pose has specific therapeutic benefits and is held for 3-10 minutes while resting on blankets, blocks, and bolsters. This practice is suited to all levels and is particularly beneficial to those recovering from injury or illness.
