Harmonize through a YIN YANG practice to find unity between opposing energies. Join us for an all levels class with Laura Selin guiding class through deep yin postures & Catherine Hamilton leading a dynamic vinyasa flow using the yoga wheel. The yin half will focus on targeting the soft tissues around the joints & creating space for introspection in each shape. We’ll gradually shift into an energizing yang practice with upbeat tunes, utilizing yoga wheels to support balance and opening the heart. We will end with an assisted deep relaxation.
