Yoga is real medicine. It can heal inflammation, and help manage anxiety, blood pressure, insomnia and other stress-related illnesses. Yoga is proven to ease symptoms like chronic pain and other complications of diabetes, cancer, IBS, fibromyalgia... the list goes on.
But a sweaty vinyasa, with loud music in a mass market environment is not necessarily a healing modality. As a yoga therapist, personalization is my passion. In this intimate class, limited to just 10 practitioners, we'll explore gentle asana, Self-Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, mindful breathing and restorative yoga.
