Discover how to release tension, soften restrictions and increase flexibility in the body in just minutes. Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques address the soft tissues (fascia) and muscles of the body that tighten due to daily postures and habits.

In this workshop, you will experience the benefits of SMR including increased circulation, reduced tightness and enhanced posture. Fascial fitness will incorporate guided self-massage to create greater sense of space and flexibility in our poses as well as exercises for spring and resilience in our movements. All levels welcomed!
