Once upon a time, some of the best music ever was produced on records (aka Vinyl).
Join the fun at Sapphire Ballroom, pick up some "Good Vibrations" on a "Fantastic Journey" "Back In Time" to sample the hit music and incredible dancing from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. Yes, we could have gone back further, but we only have one night!
If you've never danced before, "Don't Worry (Be Happy)": the evening starts at 7:30 with a light-hearted lesson in 4-Count Hustle - the dance that made Travolta famous and gave everyone "Saturday Night Fever." If you already dance, be sure to come out for the second half, when the lesson will get funky, cool, and "Super Freaky" (in a good way).
So dig out your "Boogie Shoes," dress your retro-best (Mary Janes, hip huggers, spandex minis, or leg warmers) and join us for a totally far out lesson, an evening with cool people, and lots of fun. Come on your own, or with a posse - either way you're sure to have a good time.
