For any of you living near Donegal town, would you like to get fit and train for the couch to 5K training program at 9.30am after school drop off Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Having the company and support will more likely keep you motivated than going alone. It takes 9 weeks to get from the couch to running a 5K, around 30 minutes a training session. If you are, message me before Thursday 1st March. If there is lots of interest, the local Athletics club MAY lend support. If there is small interest we will run it ourselves, and follow training from an app. There will be a meet up over cuppa on Friday 2 March at 9.30 to work out our logistics of training and then we are going to start the training Monday 5 March.
