Danielle Hoeltzel has been in the training and organizational development field for over 10 years, with a special focus on leadership development, coaching, group facilitation, and presentation skills. Before becoming a Leadership Consultant for Express Employment Professionals, she worked at Chesapeake Energy and served as Human Resources Analyst.

As Leadership Consultant for Express University at Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters, Danielle Hoeltzel is responsible for providing leadership training and employee development for nearly 800 Express franchises throughout Canada, the U.S., and South Africa.

With experience serving as a change manager through initiatives in medium and large organizations, Hoeltzel is a Certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, DDI Embracing Change facilitator, and “Who Moved My Cheese” Change Management trainer. Additionally, she has earned her Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.

Hoeltzel's previous speaking engagements have ranged from global conferences to universities to Fortune 500 company, Boeing.

An active member of her community, Hoeltzel has served on the board for the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits since 2012. She is also active in the Association for Talent Development, where she has held positions as President and Conference Co-Chair. Hoeltzel has also served as a United Way Community Investment Volunteer and developed employment courses for the Education and Employment Ministries.
