Enjoy an evening of self-care and deep relaxation. Becca Cerra will lead the class through an effortless yin practice in which you'll use props to hold yourself comfortably in yoga postures for up to 5 minutes. In each pose, Becca will offer elements of Thai Bodywork by actively applying pressure to points along your body encouraging a deeper sense of relaxation and energetic cleansing. We will close the evening with an extended savasana offering you the opportunity to soak up the benefits of this practice. You'll leave with a renewed sense of calm and ease that you will carry off the mat for the days ahead.
