Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by world events and the seeming darkness that is trying to invade our lives. But maybe we can shift our awareness to embrace our inner light and become a beacon of hope and consciousness for ourselves and others. Together we can awaken and discover our authentic self, live our truth, elevate to love consciousness and illuminate the path for others to discover their light.

Carla will lead you through the Tibetan practice of Tonglen – where we breathe in the suffering of ourselves and the world and transform it on the out breath into recognition, compassion and light to all beings everywhere. When we do this in conscious community the result is beyond powerful! The Dalai Lama uses this healing practice every day.

The Breath of Bliss experience allows you to dissolve barriers to love… gain clarity about what lies ahead for you and discover the truth within. We will enjoy movement, presence, connecting, deep sharing and conscious touch. And then dive into an hour and a half of circular connected breath to discover what wants to be felt, seen and realized within you. No prior experience of anything needed – everyone welcome.
