Join us in welcoming the new year with a myriad of regional delicacies which celebrate the end of harvesting and the onset of summer. Every state celebrates their harvest season with a festival. At Palate Affair, we are celebrating these different festivals with traditional food brought together in a unique mix.

Palate Affair is an offbeat pop-up venture of Science and Cooking, where we experiment with cultures and cuisines. It is aimed at providing a fine-dining experience with multiple courses which are characteristic of the Chef's organic inspiration, all of which is carried out at a quasi-secret place off the Golf Course road with accommodation for about 30 people. It boasts of food which is hard to find, perhaps never heard of before.


Chef Anjali Ramaswamy - From being a chef at the Best European Fine Dining restaurant in Delhi, The Orient Express, to have her own small food venture, Al Dente, to being a consultant to many a restaurant and finding her joy in Food Styling, Chef Anjali has been associated with food for almost a decade now. She has been a Food Head on multiple TV shows, including Masterchef India Junior, Masterchef India, and the Twist of Taste with Vikas Khanna. Chef Anjali has also served as a judge on the popular cooking reality TV show, Dhe Chef.

Tanvi Kahlon is a professional chef with a background of Hotel Management from Canada. Her greatest passion lies in experimenting with food and ingredients, and creating recipes never heard of before. When not cooking, she enjoys designing and decorating and is the backbone of what the Science and Cooking space looks like on any given day.
