Palate Affair is an offbeat pop-up venture of Science and Cooking, where we experiment with cultures and cuisines. It is aimed at providing a fine-dining experience with multiple courses which are characteristic of the Chef's organic inspiration, all of which is carried out at a quasi-secret place off the Golf Course road with accommodation for about 30 people. It boasts of food which is hard to find, perhaps never heard of before.

Chefs:

Chef Anjali Ramaswamy - From being a chef at the Best European Fine Dining restaurant in Delhi, The Orient Express, to have her own small food venture, Al Dente, to being a consultant to many a restaurant and finding her joy in Food Styling, Chef Anjali has been associated with food for almost a decade now. She has been a Food Head on multiple TV shows, including Masterchef India Junior, Masterchef India, and the Twist of Taste with Vikas Khanna.
