bowl meditation. With guest tabla player, Vanamali
Heather (aka Neeraja) is a long time devotee of Ammachi and has been a practicing yogi and kirtan leader since 2002.
She has led kirtans throughout the US for almost 2 decades. She has offered her uplifting and insightful kirtan practice at many Sufi camps, festivals and private homes.
Her approach is very inclusive for anyone wishing to celebrate the Divine through the chanting of Holy Names, slokas and mantras. She blends english lyrics in with many devotional songs
to bring us westerners into a place of deeply connecting with the practice. She includes silence and a final mediation to round out the experience.
