Second Star Theatre Company is proud to present round two of our Miscast Cabaret Series! This time featuring an act 1 for teens and act 2 for adults. Playing one weekend only at Ronald Sachs Violins Downtown. All proceeds will go toward SSTC's operating costs for the CFCC Summer Camp at the Wilson Center.


Directed by LaRaisha Dionne, Choreographed by Kevin Green, and Stage Managed by Alex Eakins

Auditions will be held on Saturday, April 7th at 6PM - 8PM and April 8th at 1PM - 4PM at Ronald Sachs Violins, 616-B Castle Street. Please email laraisha.burnette@secondstartheatre.org for more information. Please email the title of the song you plan to perform and a link to your preferred backing track. DON'T SING? Then prepare an excerpt from your favorite scene or monologue! DON'T SING OR ACT? Then prepare a short dance from a show that you would not ordinarily be cast in!!!

Each Act will be limited to 5 minutes. We can take a total of 14 Acts which will be curated, staged and choreographed by LaRaisha and Kevin! There will be a group number with teens and adults to open the show, teens will close act 1 in a group and adults will close act 2 in a group.


We will have a total of 5 rehearsals:
4/16 - Rehearsal at Ronald Sachs, 7 - 10 PM
4/18 - Rehearsal at Ronald Sachs, 7 - 10 PM
4/30 - Rehearsal at Ronald Sachs, 7 - 10 PM
5/2 - Rehearsal at Ronald Sachs, 7 - 10 PM
5/3 - Rehearsal at Ronald Sachs, 7 - 10 PM

TEENS (PG):
May 4 - 7:30 - 8:30 PM
May 5 - 7:30 - 8:30 PM
May 6 - 3 PM - 4 PM


Intermission - so the adults can grab some liquid courage after the teens kill it.
