An Introduction to Forrest Yoga
with Janet McInnes and Brian O'Connell
A Yoga practice for our times, Forrest Yoga has been created by Ana Forrest to “inspire people to clear through the stuff that hardens them and sickens their bodies so they can walk feely and lightly on the earth in a healing way.”
Forrest Yoga teaches us to connect in feeling and build the strength and resilience necessary to navigate our contemporary lifestyles.
This workshop will introduce to some of the Forrest Yoga basic moves as the foundation for a deeply embodied practice.
You will then be guided through a meditation to connect you to your own heart desires and Brian will lull you into a restful Savasana with his bamboo flute.
You will learn to breathe deeply and explore tools to support you on your yoga mat and as you walk through life.
