About this workshop:
This fun, challenging sequence of arm-balances is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Arm balance can help us overcome fear work on physical self-development and give us a sense of strength and accomplishment. During this Master arm balance class we are going to explore the power house, safe alignment, and core pose variations which lead us to build the confidence for the long run safe yoga practice. Let’s Move forward from the comfort zone.
