This course is designed to cultivate a practise both in class and at home. A relaxing 45 minutes for you to learn how to relax and develop skills to reduce anxiety. You will practise various free flowing movements alongside your mindfulness and meditations ,from Tai chi to Qi Gong and 5 rhythms dance.
The mind likes stillness and the body likes movement.
Mindfulness and meditation will promote happiness and a good positive energy/mindset.movement reduces stress and tension and eases anxiety.
