In this workshop, Choosing Healthy Living, you will explore the tools you can use to navigate and embrace wellness, one bite, one step, one thought at a time. With an emphasis on food, you will be eating your way through this workshop with a light Plant Based meal that will leave you feeling refreshed, refocused and ready to live out your best self.

Debbie describes herself as a plant pushing veghead, who is all about teaching others how to be well one bite, one step, one thought at a time. A lifelong learner, RN by trade, Plant Based foodie by passion, and an unexpected, but happy yoga teacher, her hope is to lead others to live the best healthy life for them. She literally brings to the table her passion for food as medicine, and the belief that what you take into the mind, body and spirit can lead to dis-ease. Her life long mission has always been to help others be well, whether it was in the hull of the helicopter, at the dinner table, or on the yoga mat, she has and is ready to be the coach to set you on a path of wellness.
