A TASTE OF THAILAND AT CAFE MIX
We invite you to explore the delicious diversity of A Taste of Thailand. Uncover the aromatic flavours of Thai cuisine at Café Mix, with selections specially created by Guest Chef, Pawitra In-Eya, of Shangri-La Hotel, Chang Mai. Delight in authentic dishes including Red Curry Duck, Steamed Seabass and a live Northern Curry Noodle Soup Station. End on the sweetest of notes with a delicious dessert station of mouthwatering Mango Sticky Rice and Water Chestnuts.
The festival will take place at Café Mix, from 20-29 April.
Lunch is available Saturday/Sunday 21/22 and 28/29 April, from 12noon to 2.30pm, and is priced at AUD 65 per person.
Dinner is available 20-29 April, from 6.00pm to 9.30pm, and is priced at AUD 85 per adult / AUD 42.50 per child.*
