港籍主廚陳國華 呈現米其林餐廳星級美饌

4月1日至4月10日,特別邀請香格里拉台北遠東飯店中餐行政主廚的陳國華主廚,推出「粵式精粹 星級盛宴」,活動期間將於醉月樓一展其匠心巧手,重新解構經典粵菜,打造一場頂級而獨一無二的粵式美饌饗宴,想一品星級手藝的您,不能錯過。

From April 1 to 10, Chinese Executive Chef Kowk-Wah Chan from Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Taipei, will turn Shanghai Pavilion into an epicurean heaven, spotlighting his much-acclaimed Cantonese culinary masterpieces and new creations exclusive for this event.

港籍主廚陳國華,擁有近三十年餐廚經驗,不僅深諳粵式料理之道,對於米其林評鑑標準與精髓亦熟稔於心,精益求精的堅持,只為呈現給賓客最完美的用餐體驗。來台之前擔任香港九龍香格里拉大酒店米其林二星餐廳「香宮」副主廚,擅選各地珍美食材巧妙搭配,同時跳脫傳統料理思維,融揉東西方元素,將在「粵式精粹 星級盛宴」中精彩呈現。

Chef Chan Kwok Wah
With nearly 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Chan Kwok Wah is not only an expert in Cantonese cuisine, but also familiar with the standards of Michelin gourmet, having served as assistant chef at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, Hong Kong’s Shang Palace – a famous Michelin two-starred restaurant. Trained under Michelin standards, Chef Chan values the quality of his innovative creations. He approaches authentic Cantonese cuisine from new angles, re-presenting dishes in modern Western style using only the freshest ingredients.
