Side effects of attending a yoga class include: improving your mood, increasing flexibility, strength, and energy, and reducing chronic pain, stress and tension. Be ready to make a change for the better! (ages 12+ / yoga mat needed)
• Mondays 9-9:45AM. 4/2-5/21 (no class 5/7). $42
• Wednesdays 9-9:45AM. 4/4-5/30 (no class 5/9). $48. (gentle)
• Thursdays 4-4:45PM. 4/5-5/31 (no class 5/10). $48.
• Thursdays 6:30-7:30PM. 4/5-5/31 (no class 5/10). $52.

You are welcome to participate in this class through drop-ins, a class package, monthly unlimited, or session basis--whichever you prefer.
Nitty gritty:
All sales are final.
There are no make-ups for session classes and sessions are not refundable.
