Sally suffered from chronic fatigue in her early 20s which drew her to Yoga and Meditation. 30 years on and having taught for 17 years she has a depth and variety of experience in holding and facilitating groups and individuals with chronic illness, pain and fatigue.
She has been teaching for 18 years and is qualified to teach various styles of Yoga and trained in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She has trained with the Mindfulness Association in Mindfulness Meditation, Compassion and Insight and has been on the UK listing of Mindfulness Teachers since 2018 (this shows full training, adhering to good practice guidelines and regular supervision).
