Join Jennifer and Carly for a truly grounding and restorative experience. In Summer, our bodies, minds and spirits can get overheated and irritated. We are more prone to feeling sluggish, irritable and exasperated. This workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and deeply restored. Expect a gentle sequence of yoga poses and movement using bolsters, blocks and blankets. Both Jen and Carly will be giving hands on comforting assists with an essential oil blend to compliment the needs of the season and a 5 min Reiki healing session for each participant.
Class is limited to 15 students. Please bring your yoga mat, any of your own props you'd like to use (bolsters and blankets will be provided) and a pair of socks.
