This class will be a meditation in savasana with body scan bringing bodily awareness, following with a "spinal series", just warming up the spine for the practice. Then we enter “peak poses” where we build more heat but I’m always working with inviting intuitive movement for the practitioner so they can explore what their body is asking for and needing. In the end we'll do a bit of a cool down and savasana with a guided meditation/visualization at the end, an om and a send off with some sort of reading. Participants will be getting a free Fresh ANAMAYA smoothie after the workout and complimentary tea and coffee from ShareSquare.
