In the yoga of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’, props and bolsters support the body in postures that promote deep relaxation and awareness. The postures of restorative yoga are designed to release deeply held tensions, soothe the nervous system, and strengthen the immune system -- allowing the body to heal, restore, and renew. The class will end with a long guided meditation while lying down, leaving your body and mind relaxed and recharged. 90 minutes, appropriate for all levels.
