Learn about the oldest form of medicine, Ayurveda. Learn about your specific dosha and how it connects to finding balance in your life both mentally, spiritually and physically.
Ayurvedic Foods – Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 12-2pm
We will discuss spices and what things your specific dosha (constitution) should be eating and avoiding, we would talk about the 6 tastes of foods and go through certain spices. We will discuss juncture and talk about cleansing between seasons.
Dinacharya – Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 12-2pm
Daily Routine to find balance - A daily routine to find daily balance and enlightenment in your yoga practice. Students will be lead through about an hour morning routine consisting more of daily practices that can be used. Will discuss the attributes of incorporating a morning and evening practice into daily lives.
