Slow Flow Yoga is the art of moving more deeply into the flow through poses and breath.
Amidst a busy and full life, consciously slowing down is deeply healing.
This practise is focused on deep and steady breath, meditative movement and mindfulness to go beyond the mind.
Without mindfulness we can fall into the trap of our mood and overall outlook on life depending solely on what goes on outside of us, when the truth is, everything we need we already have inside.
We just need to turn towards it.
Yoga provides the tools to create space where we feel stuck: it's also much more than moving our bodies on a mat. But how we approach the challenges and obstacles we may face builds up our innate resilience to deal with what life throws our way off the mat.
