So you've learned the basics of arm balancing but are hungry for more. You're ready for those poses you see on social media that look little more challenging. In this workshop you will learn how to prepare the body for advanced arm balances and how to transition in, out, and between arm balances and other postures with ease. Play with tricky and fun ways to add arm balances and inversions into your practice. A basic foundation of arm balancing is suggested for this workshop.

Find your calm and inner peace with this slow paced & intentional vinyasa class. Create steadiness & ease in your practice with mindful moving meditations as you root down and make a deep connection to mind body and soul.

Open all major joints and muscles with this anatomically intentional flow sequence (shoulders, side body, hamstrings, hip flexors, outer hip, inner thighs.). Move through the body with the breath and experience wholeness of mind, body, and Soul.
