This is a consciously designed non-certification course for anyone who wish to have a glimpse of the Yoga system. This study would introduce you to various limbs of Yoga and also share a few processes for understanding the same.
At, Shrimath, we have chosen 30+ Yogasanas, 2 Pranayama techniques, Yoga Nidra (2 levels), Mudra and Kriya from the living tradition of 'Satyananada Yoga.' The chosen postures help to energize the joints, revitalize the digestive system, restore energy levels, arch the back, twist the spine, work on lateral bends, and finally Meditation postures. Non-postural processes are also hand picked to take you further in the journey of self-discovery. Once this course is complete, you would be able to decide on your future with Yoga!
