Starting yoga can be a very daunting experience, yet it can be one of the best things you can do for your health and mental wellbeing. To get over the first hurdle, the best and safest way to start yoga is to do one of our dedicated 5 week beginner yoga courses. This insures that you will be at a level of ability to safely and comfortably join our casual attendance classes. Each course consists of one class each week at the selected day and time of this booking. These courses are limited to just 15 students.
