This workshop covers the fundamentals that each staff member needs to know to perform as a productive, team oriented member of your practice. This workshop will result in you having all the tools necessary to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
During the week we will cover the following topics:
* Day One - Basic Management:
Covers a wide range of topics including an overview and introduction to organizational and efficiency techniques, discipline, staff management and managing through the use of statistics.
* Day Two - Internal Marketing & Sales:
Covers how to set up a referral program, reactivation, increasing reach to your current clients, the basics of sales, the three different types of sales and how to handle the different emotions of your clients/patients.
* Day Three - Personnel:
Covers hiring, firing, training, job reviews, job descriptions, role playing personnel handling and disciplinary gradients with staff.
* Day Four - Executive
- Morning: Learn how to manage your practice with statistics. Further study with drills and practical application of these principles.
- Afternoon: Basic Executive Workshop. The owner and office manager relationship, what an executive should be, and the hats of the executive.
