Tween Yoga will incorporate yoga poses, breath, and relaxation while encouraging the individuality and creativity of each middle school aged student. Through discussion, mindful games, and concentration techniques deeper explanations of yoga concepts are explored in a supportive and fun atmosphere. Yoga helps to develop focus and self-control, while giving exercise to all systems of the body. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Pre-registration is required.
Dates: Sundays June 3, 10, 17, 24 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm
Cost: $40 for the full session, $12 for each individual session
