Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. It leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence.
Workshop includes: Basic intro to Meditation; physical position & posture; practice of calming the mind utilizing breathing techniques. Exploration into types of mediation - Mantra Meditation; Healing Meditation; Transformation Meditation; and Pure Bliss Meditation. Discussion about learning to overcome complex issues like such as grief, body awareness, relationships and anxiety. Lastly, this workshop will help identify ways to work meditation into your daily routine.
