Konkan is the coastal strip that lies between the Western Ghats (Sahyadri mountains) and the Arabian sea, stretching from Lower Maharashtra across Goa to Karnataka. This tour focuses on the Sindhudurg district in Konkan, with Malwan and Devgad as the central points. Dotted with pristine beaches, Sindhudurg offers excellent photo opportunities for seascapes & landscapes. The Malwan harbour is always bustling with activity. Apart from Seascapes, one can get ample images ranging from candids to silhouettes & sunsets. The Sindhudurg Fort provides a majestic backdrop to the harbour. Devgad is popular globally for its Alphonso mango, locally known as the Devgad Haapus. But apart from the mango, this town provides natural beauty unique only to the Konkan region. Overall, a perfect mix of Seascape & Landscape photography.

Reach Malwan/ Tarkarli by evening (mostly it will be dark by the time we reach, but in case we reach early we can try for some sunset shots). Early morning shoot with the rising sun at Tarkarli beach, near the hotel. Here we get to shoot some long exposure seascapes in the morning light.
