An introduction into curing and smoking meat. Our butcher chefs will help you to prepare cured and smoked meats from the Six menu such as duck prosciutto, cured mackerel and guanciale.

Afterwards you'll share a charcuterie meal with your classmates in Six restaurant.

Price includes a half day workshop, meal with a glass of wine or beer and charcuterie to take home.
