SKY (Sudarshan Kriya) is a breath-based practice that makes meditation more accessible, effective, and deep for both new and experienced meditators. You'll get a daily practice, plus free weekly group follow-ups.
SKY Meditation is unique in that it uses the breath as a doorway into meditation. Practitioners are able to have a deep experience of meditation from their very first session.
You'll leave the course with a comprehensive practice you can do every day to bring about a state of physical, mental, and emotional peace and well-being. The value grows over time, as the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
In addition to gaining a daily practice, SKY course graduates will be welcomed into a local community of meditators who come together weekly to practice and connect. These follow-up sessions are free, and available nation-wide and internationally.
