About the Instructor:
Allison Olson, RYT 200, is an outdoor adventure enthusiast and yoga teacher focused on creating inclusive and accessible yoga classes that transform both body and mind. Allison, an AYA patient and advocate, sought out yoga to help her reclaim her sense of self after multiple melanoma diagnoses. Through her practice, she found an inspiring and supportive community, gained new perspectives and became stronger. Allison invites you to join her on this empowering journey inward in a compassionate and accepting environment. Through challenging postures and thought provoking themes, her goal is for you to leave class inspired and energized.
