Our Women’s 6 Week Basic Self-Defense Workshops have been created as a source of empowerment in which we address realistic situations with a hands-on approach. Our staff teaches techniques that will work in a variety of situations including low-light or no-light areas. We also train to develop skills to heighten awareness and will consistently demonstrate that regardless of athletic ability or physical build, you can defend yourself from larger and stronger attackers. Using and implementing body weight as an equalizer to defend and protect yourself. Our primary goal at Smoky Mountain Self-Defense is to provide our students with the skillset and mindset to get home safe.

This women's only workshop will take place on Monday, beginning April 16th, 2018 from 7pm to 8:30pm will continue until June 4th, and is open to females ages 13 years and older.

Individual tickets are $80, but groups of 2 or more, tickets are available for $60 each - bring your mom, daughter, co-workers, and friends along as your training partners and get a discount of $20 per ticket. Group tickets are available for two or more participants from the same family or group. Anyone who has previously attended a "Women's 1-Day Self-Defense Workshop" can attend the Women's 6-Week Basic Self-Defense Workshop for only $60 each.
