This hands-on cooking class will give you all the steps you need to create the perfect sauces to go with a surf and turf dish. Menu for the class includes: bronzed cast-iron steak with compound roasted garlic butter and herbs with peppercorn whiskey sauce, served with sautéed shrimp in a creole cream sauce, over Heritage Nassau grits and seasonal veggies. You do not want to miss this exceptional class!

Dress casual and comfortable, you will probably get messy!
Leave jewelry and watches at home, you will be asked to remove them.
Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations.
