Do you want to grow your personal yoga practice but don't have the space or props available at home? Have you ever been in class and wished you had some extra time to play in certain poses? If so, we have the class for you!
Join us on Wednesday nights 7-8 PM (following Steph's Strong&Slow flow class) for a COMMUNITY FREE FLOW!
You'll grab a mat, and whatever other props you'd like to use and settle in. A Sol Shine instructor will be there to get you started with a short meditation to connect breath and body, then you're on your own! We encourage you to come to your mat without expectations, and let the body intuitively move you where it wants to go. If you are newer to the practice, or feel like you won't know what to do, don't worry, the instructor(s) will be there flowing themselves if you need inspiration; and remember, as long as you are breathing, you are practicing yoga.
When there is about 10 minutes left of class, we will let you know so you can begin any final poses allowing the body and mind to feel complete, and we will all come together in the last 5 minutes for savasana.
This class is open to all levels and is donation-based, so leave anything you'd like, even hugs are accepted :)
