Taught by a specially trained yoga teacher, this workshop is a special time to reflect on your experience in a safe setting. Using guided breathing and gentle yoga practice to assist in calming your body, clearing your mind and opening your heart, you will can begin to process grief that may be holding you back from becoming your best self. In addition to the physical practice, the companioning philosophy of Dr. Alan Wolfelt will be explored to set the ground rules for listening to your co-participants and writing and art supplies will offered to help you explore your grief. Through this class you will join others who have also experienced loss and are willing to share their stories, creating of a community of healing. No yoga experience required to attend this workshop.

Taught by yoga teacher Keri Hammel, who has also experienced pregnancy loss and a fertility journey. She has combined her passion for yoga and desire to help others navigate the tumultuous waters of fertility and pregnancy loss and find contentment after loss.
