Weekly Class: When mind, body and spirit are out of alignment, we feel disconnected from life. We end up thinking about life rather then actually living. If you are looking for more mental clarity, less anxiety and depression or more ease in your body, meditation is a practice that must be incorporated into your life. There are many different ways to approach meditation. We will use breathing techniques, mantras and mudras, body positions and different types of meditation, movement and Reiki to help you release energy blockages and establish a foundation for your practice. This course is suitable to people who are just starting out or are looking to deepen the connection.
